Client Success Associate

I’m part of the Client Success team at Xpatax Solutions, where I help keep everything running smoothly by managing the coordination, communication, and behind-the-scenes work that supports the rest of the team. I’ve been part of the team since 2026. Originally, I’m from Queens, New York, and I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2008. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Child Studies from East Carolina University. My background in teaching shaped the way I work with people. It taught me patience, compassion, and how to communicate clearly and meet people where they are. Those skills carry directly into supporting our clients and team every day, whether I’m explaining something complicated or simply making sure someone feels heard and taken care of. What I enjoy most about my work is finding solutions that support my colleagues and clients. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and heading to the beach!
